Evelyn Ann Wall

June 11, 1945 - February 5, 2017

On February 5, 2017 at St Anthony's Hospital Esterhazy, Sk, Evelyn Ann Wall flew up to heaven on the wings of angels.

Evelyn (Ev) was born on June 11, 1945 in Rhein, Saskatchewan to Nick and Doris Babiuk.  She spent her youth in Kamsack, Saskatchewan where she met her husband Jake Wall.  They were married on August 3rd, 1962 and celebrated 54 years of marriage.  Jake and Ev made their home in Churchbridge, Saskatchewan where they had two sons, Curtis and Brian.  In 1970, they moved to Esterhazy, Saskatchewan where Ev lived a full life with family and friends.  She was very involved with her church and always had time for friends and family.

Ev is survived by her husband Jake Wall; sons Curtis (Barb) and Brian (Alison); ten grandchildren Bailey (Ryan), Olivia, Jesse, Brooklyn, Ashley, Lauricia, Lyndon, Aaron, Aiden and David and one great-grandchild Jordan.  Ev is also survived by her mother Doris Babiuk and ten siblings  Mary (Babiuk) Michalevich, Flo (Babiuk) Grainger and Wayne, Elmer Babiuk, Stan Babiuk, Ron Babiuk and Adeline, Sylvia (Babiuk) Yaworski and Bob, Larry Babiuk and Linda, Joyce Babiuk (Don), Gladys (Babiuk) Vermeulen and Rick, Cindy (Babiuk) Slivenski and Lawrence. She was predeceased by her father Nick Babiuk and granddaughter Amy Gilbert.

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of Ev’s life will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, February 12, 2017 in the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 249, 473 Main Street, Esterhazy with Pastor Robert Moss officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Saskatchewan Cancer Agency.
